Dr Chitroatée Jeunet

Dr Chitroatée JEUNET comes from Mauritius. Her arrival in the department in 2002 could be compared to a ray of sunshine. She has carried out her studies in one of the Parisian universities. After passing her specialty exam, she went to Tours to train in Cardiology. She concluded her medical studies with a thesis on the atrial vulnerability in patients with patent foramen ovale and neurologic stroke. Her "rhythmologic profile" as well as her skills in echocardiography and doppler echocardiography examination are useful to us on a daily basis. With Dr F. Chérifi, she manages the echography unit of the Department. She also handles a hospitalization room where she treats two dozen patients every day.

Dr Fathi Cherifi

Dr Fathi CHERIFI is one of the most experienced practitioners in our team. From the beginning, he has been working with Dr. G. Zerah and has contributed largely to the development of the Department. Very soon, he developed a passionate interest for heart imaging. From one dimensional echocardiography ("Echo TM") to echocardiography in double harmony with tissue doppler imaging, he has witnessed all the technical revolutions. He is therefore one of the key people in the care of patients in the Department. He is in charge of the setting of Doppler with under-echo of patients wearing a pacemaker.
